"Beat Huber!" is entering its final stage: Saturday marks the end of the first phase of our cycling challenge!
Eugen Huber, Managing Director of Huber Group in Bad Hersfeld, is competing as a solo rider against company teams from the Bad Hersfeld-Rotenburg and Kassel region.
Here's the twist: Eugen doesn't compete against the teams' total distance, but against the average distance per participating team. This gives him a slight advantage and keeps the competition exciting, no matter how many teams take part.
Together, we've already cycled the equivalent of 10 trips around the world – an incredible achievement! Once the final rankings are confirmed saturday night, we'll head straight into the next stage on Sunday.
Our next goal: Together, let's reach 500,000 kilometres! From then until 31 October 2026, it's time for: Beat Huber – Bike Fit into Autumn!
What started as a sporting competition has grown into a regional movement promoting healthier workplaces – led by a CEO who is fully committed to the challenge. The initiative continues to be supported by BARMER.
